Bio – Derbhille Clarke
 
Derbhille has 30 years’ experience in sales, customer service, management and learning & development and 10 years in the delivery of Wellness programmes. Derbhille gained 11 years business experience, in various roles including Management, Sales, and People Development with Dell Computers. Her projects have included developing and delivering induction training to Sales staff. Derbhille was responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis for the Sales staff and developing the Training Plan for 350 staff. She then developed and rolled out the relevant training solutions to 350 sales people. She has experience of coaching the sales teams with proven track record of over achieving targets. For fifteen years, Derbhille ran her own successful training & coaching business, Clarke Training, working with Corporate clients and SME’s in Ireland. A key focus in her work is improving performance in Leadership, Sales, Service, Personal Effectiveness and Personal Development. In 2010 Derbhille joined forces with An Post to deliver Sales, Customer Service & Coaching to their Post Office network across Ireland. .Since 2003 Derbhille has studied the mind, body, spirit connection and is involved in delivering Wellness Seminars to corporate clients within the Healthcare Industry in Ireland. Derbhille worked with Trinity College on their Staff Development programme. In 2016 Derbhille worked with the Student Enterprise Programme for some of the LEO’s in, Meath and Co. Cavan. In 2017 and 2018 she has worked with two Training Company’s in the role of Training Programmes Manager and Training Consultant/Business Development respectively. In the latter role she delivered L’Oréal’s Business Training suite to their Dublin branch. She was also the Programme Manager for the Fyffes Graduate Programme. Derbhille currently works as the Project Animator and PR Officer with Louth LEADER Partnership on the Rural Development Programme based in Ardee, Co. Louth. She is also involved as the coordinator and Co-trainer in the delivery of the Innovative Communities programme across Louth.

Derbhille has worked in a range of roles in the Telecom's sector including Customer Service and Logistics
Manager. Her roles in the IT sector include Account Management, Coaching and Training & Development.
Derbhille has a proven track record in helping various sales divisions develop business and achieve sales targets
through delivering best practice coaching solutions. Derbhille designs tailored training interventions.
She designed content for e-learning modules and was involved in some the Coaching sessions for the Fyffes Graduate Programme. Derbhille also managed the Fyffes Graduate Programme 2018. She the L’Oréal Business trainer in Dublin in 2018. Derbhille is currently the Project Animator and PR Officer, and the coordinator and Co-trainer for the Innovating Communities Programme initiative which is rolling out in Co. Louth during the period of 2021 to 2022.

Derbhille has extensive training and coaching experience. Her experience has been focused on sales, leadership development, coaching and Wellness. Some examples include: Delivery of Wellness Seminars to corporate clients within the healthcare industry. The successful development of sales training to suit clients in the Food Processing Industry, including coaching to support the sales teams and measure sales results. The design and delivery of bespoke training for sales teams in the Insurance sector. She has delivered various Train the Trainer programmes to numerous clients to Fetac Level 6 standard. She has delivered coaching skills training to in-company trainers/mentors and delivered key modules on a Coaching Diploma programme. The delivery of various key modules on a Leadership Development Diploma course to graduate students within the General Insurance sector. She has regularly delivered Sales training on Start Your Own Business programmes in Ireland.  Business Mentoring with various clients with the various Leader programmes in Ireland. Personal Effectiveness training to participants within third level education establishments.
