In this lesson, we will explore feedback from user-centred research to redefine the challenge. By putting feedback of the written responses from the online survey and the curious object event in one space on jamboard activities, we can begin to cluster and categorise participants' responses and draw meaning from it. Our new understanding of the community needs, hopes, fears and dreams around the theme of sustainability will help us to spot an opportunity for a project and clarify a focus.
