In this lesson, we will select and explore engaging ways to approach communities and collect feedback. The team will divide into sub-teams to carry out a chosen user-centred research method to help ask a particular question or set of questions. A user-centred research action plan will be formulated during this lesson, with a specific focus on research ethics to empower the community and to help them feel safe, valued and included in the process.
