Today, we divide the lesson into two parts. By the end of part 1, we will have written a brief that outlines our defined challenge. In the second part of the lesson, we will create a range of fictional but believable personas that reflect the diversity of the people affected by the challenge. We create them based on the insights gathered from our user-centred research. Building personas ensures we remain user-centred throughout the process as a way to sense-check ideas, allowing us to view the challenge from a different lens.
