Working within the EU LEADER Programme, has helped develop strong networking skills at local, central government and EU levels.

Director and Treasurer of the inaugural Donegal Sports Partnership, served on several other Community Development Committees / Boards and Sporting Organisations including Chairman of the Donegal Schoolboys Football League and Curragh Athletic FC.
