Hello I am the Community Development Manager with Donegal Local Development Company. I have worked with DLDC since 2014 supporting our communities and working with Local Community Groups to help them meet their objectives and achieve their goals. Donegal has a strong culture of volunteerism and a real 'can do' attitude so when the opportunity to become a co-trainer on Innovating Communities arose I jumped at it. Community organizations face many challenges but also provide vital services so I am very excited to be involved in Innovating Communities as a Co-Trainer to assist and support communities to address local challenges.
