Lack of youth clubs, could some venues double as both? - In Barrys Pool-Room we had a place to hang out, shoot pool, video-game (together). and there was always an adult (be it a bar tender, but still, a responsible pair of eyes.)
Fridays = youths
Saturdays = Men
Sundays = Both/Mix -where youths eager to do/learn what they see around them from Fridays.
