Our House / Attic, has many [young children / baby] items. There people buying NEW stuff unnecessarily.
I'd like to see a CAR BOOT swap / sale - in my local ...... every Bank Holiday Sunday 4-6pm
challange: who will allow their place be used (fear of being left with rubbish)
solution: core group of 5 people agree to remedy issues, and or, Litter warden invited (gets the following day off work SCC??)
