This would be a must needed development in Virginia Cavan. We have one of the most active and beautiful lakes in Cavan (Lake Ramor) right at the doorstep of the Virginia Town. We have no pathway or development that encourages or utilises this beautiful, natural amenity we have. The one public area we do have, behind the Virginia secondary school, is often overrun and far too small for the towns population and visitors but it shows the desire and need for more developments of its kind.
