Has anyone ideas about connecting communities outside of "peak" travel times? In my community there is a local link service but it doesn't get anyone to the major and surrounding towns in time for the normal working day, like 8 am for nursing staff and factory staff. will link with college times of 9:30 am. students times though.
maybe no big demand at early times, but that's when less well paid and supported workers need it.
Is a community car something that could address this problem? no taxi can make a living in our small community.
