In this lesson we will select one of the how might we questions from last week, we will consider our stakeholders in terms of the community groups from our survey, we will then create a range of fictional but believable personas that reflect the diversity of the people affected by the challenge. We create them based on the insights gathered from our user-centred research. Building personas ensures we remain user-centred throughout the process as a way to sense-check ideas, allowing us to view the challenge from a different lens.
