About the Course
This Course will support and mentor social enterprises throughout Donegal to plan and develop for sustainability in the wake of the COVID pandemic. It is vital but challenging for social enterprises to generate income while doing the most with what they have available. The restrictions potentially offer time to plan and strategise methods and new routes for operating, generating income, focussing resources and planning for the future.
Our Design Thinking-led training teaches valuable skills that can be used to create people-centred, innovative plans in response to challenges like this one. You will also have access to 1-on-1 mentoring from your trainer and co-trainer. Co-trainers are volunteers from your county with knowledge/experience in community action. The schedule will be determined once interested individuals have registered and are ready to begin. Your team will choose between a Sprint Course (21 hours) or Marathon Course(42 hours) and are asked to commit to weekly sessions.
