In this lesson we will analyse the survey responses to help us discover insights and opportunities. We will bring forward a selected ‘how might we question’ and acquire a clear understanding of the project direction by writing a Brief. We will discuss how we can create insightful personas which is a key tool of design thinking as we empathise with the people in our community.
