Sometimes, the problem can lie further back than you think! In this lesson we will go through the collated feedback from user-centred research, to help us progress towards creating a project brief. We will also create a range of fictional but believable personas that reflect the diversity of the people affected by the challenge. We create them based on the insights gathered from our user-centred research. Building personas ensures we remain user-centred throughout the process as a way to sense-check ideas, allowing us to view the challenge from a different lens.
