In this lesson, we continue through the 'Empathise' stage and move into the 'Define' stage. We aim to consider how we will better understand the experiences of the Challenge Users established in the previous lesson, the methods we can try in order to do so (User-centred research), and how this can inform your project ideas and development moving forward.
