In this lesson, we will introduce the team: the trainer, co-trainer and challengers to get to know each other and discover everyone's motivation to work on this challenge. We will develop an understanding of the Design Thinking process to help tackle our challenge. We move on to accepting the challenge and understanding empathy with our stakeholders.

We’ll also look at User-centred research methods and consider what we already know about our Challenge/Users, what we still have to learn and how we can go about achieving this using the User-centered research methods we’ll discuss.
