3-Engage with your communities
Stage: EMPATHISE
Create a toolkit for rural development planning

In lesson 2, we thought about who the rural development toolkit should be for (potential LEADER applicants or 'users', and partner organisations or 'stakeholders') as well as its main messages and what form it might take. The lesson summary on the lesson 2 page has more details.
In this third lesson, we'll focus more on the question of who the toolkit should be for, looking at it from users' and stakeholders' perspectives. We'll also make arrangements for an in-person network event for staff from each of the LEADER organisations in the six counties.
