In this lesson, we will introduce the team: the trainer, co-trainer and challengers to get to know each other and discover everyone's motivation for getting involved. We'll recap on the discussions amongst LEADER staff across the 6 counties that led to this event, how the challenge of creating a rural development toolkit came about, and discuss what we want to get out of the course.
