In the session, we will enter the Empathise stage of design thinking. We will learn about who our stakeholders are and how we might engage them, to gather user-centred research, before we move forward into the Define stage. By the end of the session, we will have developed our research questions that will encourage interaction and investigate the aspirations, dreams and wishes of your community.
