This week, we will finalise our plan to carry out the user-centred research methods developed in lesson 5.

By discovering what our users need and want, we will understand the purpose of the challenge and how we can best address it.

In short, making an action plan for these user-centred research methods will help us identify the gaps in our understanding of what the students need.
