By discovering what Monaghan residents most love about their area and by uncovering how Monaghan's marketing strategy has affected people's expectations and choices for locating here, we will understand the marketing's effectiveness.
In short, making an action plan for these user-centred research methods will help us identify the gaps in Monaghan's current marketing strategy.
